Brands I’ve helped grow
THE PROBLEM
Your pages don’t sell
One of every 100 visitors buy. The other 99 hit a page that gave them no reason to, and you paid for every click.
THE SOLUTION
Plug the biggest leak first

FUNNEL AUDIT
1. Find where 99 of 100 visitors leave
I trace the path from landing page to checkout in your Shopify and GA4, then rank every drop-off by the orders it’s costing you.

PAGE REBUILDS
2. Rebuild the pages doing the most damage
I wireframe and rewrite the collections, product pages, and navigation that leak the most, with a reason to buy on every one.

MEASURE & REPEAT
3. Prove it, then move to the next leak
Every change gets measured against orders and revenue per visitor. Winners stay, and next month starts on the next biggest leak.

FAQ
Common Questions
What Is a Good Conversion Rate for a Shopify Store?
Most stores sit between 1 and 2 percent, and anything over 3 percent is strong. The number that matters more is revenue per visitor, because a higher conversion rate at a lower order value can leave you with less money.
I track both, plus average order value, so a change that lifts one and drops the other gets caught. Revenue per visitor is the score; conversion rate is one of the ways to move it.
Can’t Our Theme Developer Just Fix This?
A developer builds what you ask for. CRO is figuring out what to ask for, which means going through session recordings and drop-off data to find where shoppers quit and why. Most developers don’t do that part, and most founders don’t have time to.
I hand your developer wireframes and copy that are ready to build, or make the theme changes myself if you don’t have one. The audit decides the work, the developer ships it.
Will Redesigning Pages Hurt Our Google Rankings?
It can when it’s done blind, and I’ve seen brands lose a year of rankings to a redesign that changed URLs and stripped copy Google was ranking. That’s why every rebuild I do is planned alongside the Shopify SEO work, so headings, URLs, and the content that ranks stay intact.
Most of the time a rebuild helps rankings, since a page that keeps visitors longer sends Google a better signal. Keep the URL, keep the H1, change everything underneath.
Do We Have Enough Traffic to Run A/B Tests?
For a clean A/B test you need roughly 1,000 conversions a month per test, which puts most stores under $5M out of range on anything but the highest-traffic pages. That’s fine, because most of the wins in your band don’t need a test to prove.
Below that threshold I use the audit, before-and-after measurement in Shopify, and changes big enough to see without statistics. Test where the volume exists, measure everywhere else, and I’ll tell you which one you’re getting.
How Long Before the Conversion Rate Actually Moves?
The audit takes two to three weeks. Page rebuilds usually show a measurable change within 30 days of going live, since you’re comparing the same page with the same traffic. Compounding over three to six months is where the bigger revenue jumps come from.
You’ll see it in your own Shopify, not a report I built. Fix the highest-traffic leak first and the first result shows up faster than people expect.
Does CRO Matter If We Don’t Have Much Traffic Yet?
It matters more, because every visitor you do get is worth more when the page converts. A store at 1 percent that moves to 2 percent has doubled revenue without buying a single extra click, which is cheaper than any traffic channel you can name.
Fixing the pages first also means the traffic you build later lands somewhere that’s ready. Whether that traffic comes from Google or from being cited in ChatGPT and AI Overviews, the page has to close, and that’s what this work sets up.
